Investigation on the Height of Fracture Zone in Goaf of Steep Coal Seam Based on Microseismic Monitoring

Abstract The height of the fracture zone in mined-out area is basic parameter for controlling mine strata, preventing and water, arranging drilling holes high-level gas extraction. Aiming at development law steep seam limitation traditional inspection method, microseismic monitoring technology used to investigate goaf. Taking 3103 south working face a Sichuan as an example, scheme data collection worked out. Through analysis processing, range goaf 6.8 m– 34.2 m, compared with numerical simulation results, relevant results are basically consistent. It provides new technical means investigation “three zones” overlying strata seam.
